Description

  • Used Tas' work on layer 2 to update /docs/layer-2-scaling
  • Added links to relevant teams/products for each layer 2 solution
  • Added relevant glossary entries

NOTE: We may want to split out this layer-2-scaling section into separate pages soon. Especially if more content gets added.

Related Issue

#774 – I think we can probably close that one out. It's largely covered and I can't see anyone finding it at the bottom of page 2 of our Issues. We have pretty good coverage of Optimistic and Zero knowledge, and we could maybe create issues that are more targeted, e.g. "We need help with state channels content" or "We need help with Plasma content".
