Project maintainer wanted

This project has not been maintained for a while.

It is incompatible with current clients and the Ethereum mainnet. It needs the following to be up to speed:

• EVMC6 support (Update to EVMC ABIv6 #180)
• Completed Constantinople support for mainnet (Support Constantinople properly #183)

Optionally the following would be helpful:

• Better testing (Use evmc-vmtester (from evmc) and evm-test (from evmone) #181)
• Support for newer LLVM (Update to LLVM 6 (or 7 or 8) #182)
• Fix outstanding bugs

Please reach out here if you are interested maintaining this project or just to fix some of the issues listed above.

I am interested in contributing this project.
I've push #187 to support LLVM 8.0.0 and I am going to deal with the EVMC6 support (#180).
