Proposal: manage private network connections from within Mist

Users could be able to save private network connections for quick access.

To keep as straightforward as possible, it could save a label and a command, both inserted by the user. So they wouldn't need to run the node separately every time.

label: My own network
command: geth [--genesisBlock=...]

And the newly created would live among the current networks, enabling quick switch between them.

Notes:

• geth init CustomGenesis.json is a one-time command in geth 1.5.x
• need some mechanism to set and recall the datadir as otherwise it will overwrite the default/mainnet
• we also might want to create the json from user parameters
• would be great to have these issue closed before:
