I dont remember but in near 3 hours it is transferred. Hope it functions. At first, I panicked because in txid i didnt see my binance address. Now I am calm. :) |

I'm tracking my ether binance address on https://etherscan.io , but till now I don't see transaction id record of transfer :( |

OP here, After a few hours it showed up in binance, i imagine its just congested networks and gatehub extending remittance floats to make further profits idk |

Absolutely not normal unfortunately. I've been waiting since Friday for a large amount and not heard or seen a peep from gatehub. My funds are sat in their gatehub fifth account, as are yours most likely. |

Same issue for me. Sent ETH payment to my wallet on 5th Jan but it has not arrived. The transaction record shows the destination as Gatehub Fifth, not my wallet address. No support requests have been responded to so far. I don't see a way of knowing the status of a ticket - even with the ticket number I can't see anywhere to search for it. |

They are choosing not to reply to any of us with the same problem. Is this fraud or a hack?

Not sure what the next step is, but think making the public more aware of this issue is a start. |

Hi all! Happy to report my ETH transfer from Jan 5th JUST showed up in my account overnight. Only took about 19 days, ugh! Couple notes on this: *I was never able to see my ETH address when searching etherscan, so figured the issue was with Gatehub *I opened a ticket with my receiving account (Coinbase) the same time as Gatehub - finally heard from them 2 days ago. They said they had to escalate the ticket to a specialist (whatever that means). Have not heard response since. *Never heard response from the 4-5 tickets/responses with Gatehub Will keep you posted in Coinbase gives any useful info - not sure if they figured it out, or if it was Gatehub. |

My ETH also appeared yesterday... 19 days late! I sent them 4 or 5 emails before it came through. I'm glad to have my money back from them but I'm never ever using GateHub again! |

Oh, correction. Just logged into Gatehub and can see my Ethereum in the Gatehub Fifth trust. Not sure what it is doing there, I sent the ETH to my personal hardware wallet which I know goes via Gatehub Fifth. So it feels like I am back to square one, in that the ETH has simply moved from my Gatehub wallet to Gatehub Fifth and hasn't reached my personal wallet! Not sure if I want to risk a ETH payment from Gatehub Fifth to my personal hardware wallet and go through all this s**t again. |

Ok tried a test ETH withdrawal for 0.1 and it worked fine, and then did the rest successfully. So Gatehub withdrawals seem back to normal but will never use this service again. |

I'm on windows 10 and google chrome,
Originally I purchased some ETH from coinbase and then sent it to my gatehub account and exchanged it from XRP. Then after reviewing gatehub feedback and my wallet being tempermental (the amount of xrp changing and the trade/exchange/wallet features quoting me different amounts) I decided to get my XRP out of gatehub.
First I exchanged it for ETH as the lack of a deposit tag would not allow me to directly sent it to binance.
Once I converted it, I followed the instructions on how to send payments from gatehubs website, using my binance ETH wallet address and confirmed this.
The ETH immeidately disappeared from gatehub but is not showing up in binance.
I have a transaction hash, and gatehub allows me to view the transaction on the ripple charts which is odd because no ripple was sent to binance, when I view this it does not show my binance ETH wallet address.
The hash gatehub gives me is 225BFE158744E6689A99FEF69A8C7DCDDB97CA401D18980E8152371D5D3E1D1D if that helps
I am at a loss of where to go from here and appreciate any and all advice offered.
