The purpose of this call is for various teams/individuals working on aspects of EIP-1559 to discuss the implementation plan and next steps to move the EIP forward.

• How relevant is this EIP for consortium networks with non Proof Of Work consensus ? Would it be possible to launch a private network with EIP-1559 rules applied from Genesis block ? Do we have to handle this edge case.
