The slider could benefit from markers that show internal and external function calls similar to a flame diagram in a browser debugger / profiler: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Ci2HjxgWEAImxDB.png

* Polling fixes

- StaticJsonRpcProvider to reduce chainId polling
- Update useBalance and useContractReader to update on every new block, rather than on a set polling interval
- Cache ENS for when we don't resolve a name to stop trying to fetch

* Tidy up ENS caching

* logs behind DEBUG

* Split out OnBlock hook, support PollTime for balances

- Add demo in App.jsx
