Updated regex in Memory Debugger to ignore replacing space with '?' character

Fixes: #219

@yann300 @axic -- So this PR resolves the above mentioned issue. I tried running tests locally to see if my change was breaking something but looks like there's an issue with tests running for both analyzer and lib modules. Let me know if there's any feedback before merging. Thanks :)
