Updates about local nodes and private keys

What was wrong?

The project documentation assumed 2015-2016 practices that people run their own geth where they have hosted keys.
This has not been true for over a decade and is a source of great confusion for new developers.

How was it fixed?

The accounts and keys chapter was edited to reflect that most people use hosted node providers today.
Locally imported private keys should be used.
