[Bug Fix] Transfer Fee in Mist Wallet

• Users should delete the ‘transactions.rlp’ file located in %appdata%\Ethersocial\gesn folder before running Mist wallet.
• Transactions have previously been attempted to transfer but have not been completed could be cancelled.

How to fix the wallet execution error.

1. File explorer's Address - "%appdata% - ethersocial - gesn" folder name modification to
   (for example) "gesn_old"

2. File explorer's Address - "%appdata% - ESNwallet" folder name modification to
   (for example) "ESNwallet old"

3. Launch ESN wallet, sync ESN blocks
