@jd615645 Your word-by-word translation appears to be at an acceptable level.
However, this document works as a law.
When we translate laws, I agree that we need to use tones with deterrent effects. We need to make sure that the readers will treat the translated article as seriously as what they may feel with the original article.

所以這一份PR基本上符合這點需求。
