Installation on Noetic

I am having trouble installing using ROS Noetic, will this functionality be available in the future?

$ sudo apt-get install python-wstool python-catkin-tools ros-noetic-cmake-modules libyaml-cpp-dev

you could try python3-wstool and python3-catkin-tools instead
though I have problem for wstool update
