Use mibdump.py to convert PAN-COMMON
i try this

mibdump.py --destination-format json PAN-COMMON

and the mistake is

First you should learn the news about PySMI from etingof/pysnmp/issues/429. This repo is abandoned.

Second, there is no MIB document called PAN-COMMON. The closest is PAN-COMMON-MIB, https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/11-0/pan-os-admin/monitoring/snmp-monitoring-and-traps/supported-mibs So if you do want others to help you, then more details must be provided.
