API, Hooks, & Cleanup

Changes

  • Added three helper functions to the globally scoped effectiv namespace.
  • Added two hooks dealing with effects (no plans to hook damage further).
  • Removed the setting to flag effects with spellLevel. Now, this happens by default, via a generic data object (effectData) as in system version 3.2.

Other

  • Various small bits of deduplication & using a couple new foundry utils.
  • An attempt to improve documentation somewhat.

Despite this being a somewhat small change, many little things were touched, so if any issues arise please let me know 🙏
