Currently the long pole on a lot of builds is the mac build on GHA. Regularly breaking the 30 min barrier. One way to shorten this substantially is to use GHA cache for homebrew. Perhaps something like https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/actions/runs/4258015346/workflow
