Idea of this issue is to increase service performance by adding uvloop and aiohttp[speedups]. This issue makes sense to apply sooner than later even not because of a need to improve the performance, but for observing functional changes (if any) over time.

Acceptance criteria

  • Uvloop is set as event loop policy.
  • Aiohttp[speedups] libs set is added to requirements.
