Add more UI Improvements and stability

• add percentage for absolute values like price distance, and price step, so you can use 120 or 1.2% as value
• add configurable interval in minutes to create new orders if no position open
• add index and price type to the list of pairs (add to telegram also)
• reduce number of api calls for getting open orders
• add price type filter
• add short/long filter
• add pair filter
• add running filter
• add settings button to show only settings for the pair
