…r-IDs to version 1.1142 and add new fields (#105)

- Update Bauspartarife to version `1.85`. This deprecates a few tariffs
of LBS Ost.
- Update Produktanbieter-Ids to version `1.1142`. 
  - Adds loan provider `KSK_NORTHEIM`.
  - Adjusts a few loan provider names.
- Add new fields e.g.: ProduktFeature, Zwischenfinanzierung
