Introducing the new Android app designed to streamline task management within your organization. With this app, clients can easily create new tasks and assign them to workers who are available to complete the job.
The app has an intuitive interface that allows clients to create a task by providing a title, description, deadline, and any other relevant details. Once a task is created, it is then sent to the admin who can assign it to an available worker with the necessary skills and experience.

To run the work allocation Android app project, please follow the instructions below:
* clone the project or download the project from the GitHub repository here.
to your local machine.
* Set up Android Studio: Ensure that you have Android Studio installed on your computer. If not, download and install the latest version from official website.
* Open the project in Android Studio: Open Android Studio and select "Open an existing Android Studio project" option. Browse to the project directory and select the "build.gradle" file.
* Build and run the app: Wait for the Gradle build to complete and then click on the "Run" button to build and run the app on an emulator or a physical device.
* Create a Firebase project: To use Firebase services in the app, you need to create a Firebase project and download the configuration file. Follow the instructions in the Firebase Console to create a new project and download the google-services.json file and add Firebase configuration file:Copy the downloaded google-services.json file to the "app" directory of the project.
* Run the app: Run the app again and ensure that it's connected to the Firebase project.
* Test the app: Create a new task and assign it to a worker to test the app's functionality.
Note: Before running the app, ensure that you have set up the Android SDK, Java, and other required dependencies. It's also recommended to test the app on different devices and Android versions to ensure compatibility.
