Expand display of "Parent folder" to full path in the bookmark tree? #11
Comments
Hi Phil, Thank you for the kind words! Where would you like to see the full path? In the popup tooltip when hovering over a bookmark, which currently shows the URL? Can you please go into more detail about your request? By looking at https://github.com/cheeaun/neat-bookmarks/issues/34, perhaps you want to see the full path after you search for a bookmark? Is that correct? |

Yes - currently hovering shows: Parent folder: "weights" It would be very valuable for me to see eg: Folders: /health/phil/traditional/exercise/weights because inevitably I save the same page more than once or I am Happy to make a donation to the cause - $100 OK? Hi Phil, Thank you for clarifying. Once I address a few important bugs I will evaluate adding enhancements. |
Evan, Excellent! Let me know how you go. Regards, Phil. On 2012-09-27 16:41, evanshultz wrote:

Evan,
I have been using Neat(er) Bookmarks for a long time and I have been very happy with it - I test out others every now and then but always come back to NB. I have thousands of bookmarks and an extensive bookmark tree but quite frequently forget what part of the bookmark tree I have saved a bookmark to - having the display for the parent folder helps but what I really need is the full set of parent folders ie the full path of the bookmark.- can I offer you a payment to extend the Parent Folder facility?
Thanks,
Phil.
