Nein!
Es geht darum, dass für den “Standard-User” der Weg um zu einer Remote-Steuerung zu kommen ist, das Time-Of-Use-Profil einzustellen. Die aktuelle Formulierung mit “und” suggeriert, dass ersdte das eine und dann das andere gemacht werden muss.
Die Verknüofung ist quasi uneindeutig.

The documentation describing how to achieve active battery control is unclear.
I would recommend changing it as seen in the PR.
