This pull request adds spell checking support for soy files using the IntelliJ Idea spellchecker plugin. See Stack Overflow question: http://stackoverflow.com/q/12445117/1164465
The soy spell checking tests depend on the spellchecker plugin test sources. A new library reference has been added accordingly.
