UI Ignoring Ticket Total Price if Base Price = 0

Here is a situation where if the ticket has a base price of $0 then the UI in a lot of places skips showing the ticket full price.

Things work fine if the Base Price does NOT equal zero.

With a base price of 0:

• Price modifier with surcharge of 1, the total is still 0. When you add a base price of 1, the total amount is 2.

• the TS is still showing the price as 0.
