don't display archived/trashed entities (#1358)

* don't display archived/trashed entities

* add includeTrashed and includeArchived parameters to control filtering

* make sure to assert Entity

* fix copy pasta

* ensure date is verified

* add unit tests for date and ticket status helpers

* rebuild assets

* add isValidEntityOrArchive() functions to keep things DRY

* don't return values from tests js_only
