Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Callgroups are nice and configuring callgroups as needed is cool. I'm missing one feature that, at least according to some archeologists was possible with the old system: Delayed ring for some callgroup members. This is useful e.g. in Heaven's team support callgroup where some phones are "on duty" phones (these should ring immediately when the call group is called) and other members are "on background standy" (their phones should only ring if none of the "on duty" phones is answered for some time).

Describe the solution you'd like
The most flexible solution would be a configurable parameter for every callgroup member with a delay (either in seconds or in 5 seconds intervals or so) where that callgroup member's phone starts ringing after a call to the call group has been initiated.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative would be a redirect to another, larger callgroup if the call is not answered within some configurable time.
