Description
As mentioned in the source issue everscale-org/bounties#32, this PR contains changes to include a list of all TVM opcodes
including ones added, including new ones from Everscale implementation.
Changes
Changes include adding all the instructions using a CSV file and a python script that generates a markdown file, this then is included in the Documentation Docusaurus 2 website that this repo runs.
Information on the TVM opcodes is gathered from the tonlabs/ever-vm project repo, where I have monitored the changes to the tvm documentation .tex file for changes that include additions/removals to the list of instructions.

This is still a WIP as there are some issues and information I still need to find to populate the latest csv I have included.
