could only find pdf of all elected candidates of 2011 national assembly election. Will try finding a better version, otherwise I will do this manually.

That's relatively well structured, so I might be able to extract the information from it — but I can't see how to tell who actually won in each constituency…

that looks a bit tricky. I found that prefecture means district and sous prefecture means sub-district . In this other link, there is the same table as above, however it seems to have a section called Circonscription Electorale which means electoral district. i read that each prefecture in Bangui region is an electoral constituency and each sub prefecture outside Bangui is electoral constituency. After the first 10 pages on Bangui, this link gives info about electoral district under the name Circonscription Electorale. Very confusing.
