This should resolve currently missing standard markdown Outline display issue and will add extra elements to that side panel tree view for the Evidence web components and maybe frontmatter/header parts.

This needs to at least display the tree of subheadings before we release v1.1.0 (#65 )

This will not make the v1.1.0 general enhancements and onboarding improvements list.

We'll have to address it in Sprint 3 this week after we publish v1.1.0. My estimates is still 10hrs to complete this integration with the markdown engine in vscode. I am going to deregister this document symbol provider in extension activation for us to cut v1.1.0 release.

We already have it listed in our new Limitations section in docs.
