The April 1st release!

This is a very early version with essentially only text messaging. More features are coming soon!

What's new?

  • Updated to Toxcore 0.2.11
  • Nav bar now also transparent in the dark theme
  • Tox network connection defaults to using a TCP relay
  • Adding contacts by QR is now also allowed on devices with only a front-facing camera
  • The import Tox profile button is now more prominently displayed when first starting the app
  • Avatars too big to be allowed by the Tox client standard are now rejected
  • You can now mark yourself as available, busy, or away
  • A Spanish translation was added (@wuniversales)
  • The contact list now displays the users' status messages and a short id from the ToxID
  • Screenshot added to the README.md (@sudden6)

Sometimes outgoing messages had their "pending" text hidden due to being grouped with other messages
