Free-running ADC version with cursors

Added cursors, achieved 38.4kHz sampling at low jitter, fixed signal generator bugs.

gruseloskop-0.2.0-amd64.zip under assets below contains a windows installer and firmware package.

Archive is only provided for windows. It is built with cx_freeze and is ridiculously big.
