This is the June 2012 release of CDAO completing the migration to OBO conventions for IRIs. It is the release corresponding to owl:versionIRI http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/cdao/2012-06-06/cdao.owl

This release is a product of the Phylotastic I hackathon held at the National Evolutionary Synthesis Center (NESCent) in Durham, NC, USA, on June 4-8, 2012.
Changes since release 2012-04-12 include the following:
- 346d22b Removed references to xds:anySimpleType due to problems with FaCT++.
- 2dacd3e Loads, and at least with Hermit reasons well in Protege.
- fe22656 CDAO with all imports (primarily MAO as a copy).
- b8dc4ae Adds mappings from old CDAO to new.
- 9ba7166 Migrated all entities to OBO-style URIs.
- 9e56e7c Changed ontology IRI.
