This adds support for:

Drawing annotations by base-pair coordinates (Annotations based on coordinate #36) on-demand via a JavaScript API (Annotations API #39) using a new "annotations" constructor parameter
Coloring particular annotations
Representing annotations as circles (Support circular annotation shape #42)
