List all events on top level excalibur objects

  • Actors
  • Engine
  • Scene
  • Pointer
  • Keyboard
  • GamePad?

Add type union of possible events maybe as a future issue?

I updated the quickstart: http://jsfiddle.net/6Ay9S/25

@eonarheim you will need to update the "official" Fiddle under Ex's account: http://jsfiddle.net/excaliburjs/6Ay9S/19/. I can update the docs.

Btw, nice little trick using rawgit.com: https://rawgit.com/excaliburjs/Excalibur/master/dist/Excalibur.js
