Give memo file an extension and update it #364

The memo file (https://github.com/exch-bms2/beatoraja/blob/master/manual/memo) is quite useful, but people don't notice it, because it has no extension.

Suggestion: rename to memo.txt
(or maybe hotkeys.txt)

(and maybe link to it from the beatoraja readme?)

Also, memo file is out of date, and is missing some hotkeys like Favorite Song / Favorite Chart.
(I don't know what other hotkeys are missing)
