Example configuration does not work on a fresh checkout

When I checked out exclave the example configuration under test/config does not work out of the box.
Ideally this would contain several examples on how to use different unit files, with at least one example for each type of unit file.
Also remove references to / provide explanation about jig-20 and jig-20-interface-http
