This release is a mandatory upgrade that incorporates a number of fixes to cover possible PoS exploits.
The upgrade will occur at block 195000.
Please notice all anonymity/privacy functions are erased from the code and EXCL is not supporting mixing of coins or doing anonymous transfers and doesn't plan to.
