Thebe's React Demo fails to run when connecting to binder #686

Describe the bug

context
When I start the react demo, select a binder connection, connect and then press run all.

expectation
I expected the notebook to execute

bug
But instead a notebook error appears complaining about tqdm import

problem
This is a problem for people trying to use the demo to understand thebe-react

Reproduce the bug

  1. nr start:react
  2. select binder
  3. press connect
  4. press run all

in #684 this was changed to point to the correct github repo https://github.com/executablebooks/thebe/blob/57dcdaf1e3bda34ba7c4776bc9fa64dfb658a24b/apps/demo-react/src/App.tsx#L22
