FR: Custom CSS Field

Raúl Luna's idea:

"poder hacer personalizaciones mínimas en CSS que se arrastren con el elp".

He suggest adding a new field where you can type CSS to be included in HEAD (he suggests creating an external CSS file, but it could also be a simple STYLE tag).

Another possibility would be creating an Extra HEAD field where you can include what you want (STYLE, SCRIPT, meta-tags...).

There is a new field called 'Custom HEAD' with these instructions: Any code you enter here (STYLE, META, SCRIPT...) will be added in the section to every page.

The field is in the 'Advanced Options' block.
