Website badly formatted activity time

almost2 ago [sic]

I guess the issue is in
https://github.com/exercism/website/blob/main/app/helpers/time_helper.rb
derived from
https://github.com/rails/rails/blob/main/actionview/lib/action_view/helpers/date_helper.rb
