Workers not hijacked

The root Exokit Web context hijacks things like fetch and XMLHttpRequest to rewrite the URL to proxy through the service worker.

This is not happening for scripts loading as a Worker:

The result is we do not have proxy features in the Worker, especially if the Worker was loaded from blob://.
