This pull request introduces enhancements to the bidding process view for instructors, aimed at providing a better understanding of the bidding process.

The enhancements include:

•Identification of the most sought-after topics by teams, allowing instructors to gain insights into the interests and preferences of participating teams.
•Access to detailed information on which teams have bid on specific topics, enabling instructors to track team interests and preferences accurately.
•Introduction of a feature to display the percentage of teams assigned to each topic as their first, second, or third priority, enabling instructors to gauge the popularity and demand for each topic among teams, and facilitating a deeper understanding of the bidding dynamics.
•Enhancement of instructor visibility into the bidding process by providing comprehensive details previously unavailable, such as team bids and topic assignment percentages.
•The aim of these enhancements is to equip instructors with the necessary tools to make informed decisions during the project allocation process, ensuring a fair and efficient allocation of projects to teams.
