Need to change the VID PID before releasing the board. Creating an issue so that we don't forget it. One way to close it temporarily is use test PID from pid.codes.

@SaheblalBagwan Please add the following PIDs for the bootloader and close the issue.
@jaiminajmeri Please use these PIDs for the installer utlity as well

EE02: Explore M3 VCOM
EE03: Explore M3 DFU
