README.md Link Suggestions

Hello!

The README.md is very informative and helpful. There are some important links that would further improve it.

• spaCy's Blog: https://explosion.ai/blog
• GPU Processing: https://spacy.io/usage#gpu
• LLM Integration: https://spacy.io/usage/large-language-models

These three topics are not mentioned once on the README and I believe it would be helpful, especially to new users, to have links to these features.

I would be happy to make edits and submit a pull request if this is something useful.
