expo start command not working in windows 10

I am not sure why I am facing an EPERM issue still, even if i installed Expo globally. I don't know where I am still missing!!

Hi @Crazie-ash, thanks for the issue report. Luckily, this is not an issue with Expo. Unfortunately, this is probably related to the windows - npm combination. Because everything is installed without issues, I think your best next-step would be checking if this works. Windows Defender might block access to some files, but you can read more on that page! If not, you can try running from a terminal with admin mode.
