Suggest clearing the project .expo directory when throwing XDLError with code 'INVALID_OPTIONS'

There are a number of places where we throw an error if validation of project / packager settings fail. Unfortunately, we don't provide any suggestions to the user for how to resolve this, and it's hard based off of the error message alone to determine what should be done because the properties are not directly managed by the user and can sometimes be a result of a bug on our end.
