Using Expo 38, Bare workflow.

After upgrading to Expo 38 on iOS there is an obvious artifact where the splash screen re-renders and fires again. You can see it in the flash of light in the emulator near when the green dev box appears.

Same here for bare workflow.

I found that Expo team has already made a PR for this fews days ago.

Sorry to bother was this released already? The patch would appear via the specific plugin rather than a minor version of Expo correct?
