This implementation would be to handle 'folders' like we do files in the file manager. Keeping in mind 'folders' in the traditional file manager are only 'categories' but are real file folders when using elFinder. In a basic sense this would require adding 'folders' to the expFile database and use the owner and shared properties...and somehow managing them in the traditional file manager (we already display folder properties in elFinder)
