Download Function

Fine people of express, I have used your framework as a hobby for years, and I have struggled with it, mostly as a result of my own stupidity. So today when I needed to make the client download a file, I expected great difficulty. However, upon a google search, I came across the download function, and I have to say it was the most pleasant surprise I have come across in quite a while. I knew immediately that I had to contact you and thank you for this excellent piece of code, and I hope more people continue to use express.

Did you checked the download example? see.

I will close this issue, but feel free to create a PR to improve that example if you find a better way or re-open this issue if needed.
