Busboy supports x-www-form-urlencoded, so why specifically exclude it in multer?

I was reluctant about creating a clubbed functionality middleware. It's been a while Multer was created, and now that Express 4 is out, I may revise it.

Decision time. Multer is a module for processing multipart data, period. Today it is built on Busboy, tomorrow it may not be.
