I could find the npm package name to install this - please advise what it is? I will send a PR with updated readme if you can provide this.

@Fishrock123 I was thinking adding a npm install static-favicon and/or a require('static-favicon') in there somewhere.

I might end up adding npm install <npm name> to all the repos if people still find require(<name>) unclear.

I'm also adding an npm version badges that link to the npm module pages.

@sandcastle Is 67f6329 more clear, or do you think I need to also add npm install static-favicon?

@Fishrock123 It's a lot clearer now, but I would still add the npm install * line.
