Reason for configuring cluster* resources permissions in namespaced mode

Hi,

is there a reason that the rbac in the Helm chart configures permissions to cluster resources even if ESO is deployed in namespaced mode (e.g. scopedRBAC is true)? We deploy ESO namespaced and don't deploy the CRDs for ClusterSecretStores etc. (those are deployed by the cluster admins) and as such, would also like to get rid of the relevant permissions.
